The problem Draft

Outbound feels harder than it did a few years ago. Three things changed.

  1. Inboxes are flooded

Every inbox gets machine-written outreach that sounds the same. More volume now fights harder for the same attention.

  2. Phone pre-screens are rampant

Cold calls are screened before they reach a person. Auto-dialers raise the number of dials, not the number of conversations.

  3. Inbound click-based leads are expensive

Paying per click brings in people who only clicked. The cost of each real conversation keeps climbing.

“Inboxes are flooded” draws on Lead411’s “Why Outbound Feels Harder Than It Did 3 Years Ago”, May 2026. The other two points are PSRI’s own view.

Bull$h!t Highway

That is what LinkedIn posts about success rates have become. Bold claims, with nobody to validate the numbers or the outcomes. Unverified. Unvetted.

If we can’t show it, we don’t claim it.

What GTM Advisory does

GTM Advisory starts by checking whether your outbound fits how buyers buy now: who matters right now, what tells you it is the right moment, whether your contact data is fresh, and whether you lean on volume and calls alone. You leave knowing what to fix first.
